Dear students and guests,

 

The following is the information about our Association meeting for 2023:

 

When?

Our meeting will begin at 9:00 am sharp on Saturday, August 5th, 2023. Please plan to arrive between 8:30 and 8:45 so that you can register and get comfortably seated.

 

Where? 

3324 Rue Royale St  Saint Charles, MO  63301. This is a place called the Commons at Newtown. I sorry for the redundancy in the street name if you speak French. The name of the street for your map apps is Rue Royale Street. (You will get the joke if you are a French speaker,)

The new venue is delightful,  I plan to use it every year from now on. It has two lovely rooms and an outdoor patio with a table and chairs for eating. One room has a kitchen with seating as well.and a bathroom.  There is plenty of parking behind the building as well. I will provide drinks of all kinds, If you would like to bring your own lunch, there is a fridge in the kitchen. There are lots of little food kiosks right there as well.  We are going to have a fun association day!  If you get cold easily, you may want to bring a sweater.

What?

Our subject for this year is "Ye are the salt of the earth" (Matthew 5-7). How can we be more salty?If you do not receive an email of invitation by February, please email me at: gloriaprestoncsb@protonmail.com

What to bring:

Dues are 50.00

if you would like to donate to the mother Church, on behalf of our association,  bring a check book

bring a pen and paper for taking notes if you like

You may bring an iPad or tablet for taking notes as well.

During Association this year, I will entertain a few questions if they are written out and sent in to me anytime before February 1st. You know, though, that if you have questions that you would rather not share with the entire group—anytime—you can call or email me and I will respond much sooner than August 7th!!
