TEACHING
THE WHAT, THE HOW, AND THE WHEN
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
(John 14:12)
My love for God and the Science of Christianity truly began to accelerate while I was in High school,. My mother had been introduced to Christian Science and I loved her joyous approach to life because of it. I was healed on several occasions through the power of prayer, and from that point forward my life was pointed towards understanding how the power of prayer can bless everyone.
I’ve always been struck by how Christian Science effectively inspires in people a deep appreciation for the kingdom of God already present, already within. Class instruction reveals in clear-cut detail the nature of this magnificent kingdom. And, it brings out in both the students and teacher what the practice of Christian Science means to mankind—how it is tangible evidence that the Comforter Jesus promised has indeed come again.
When I took class instruction, besides becoming familiar with God’s all-encompassing and loving power to heal, I was impressed by how privileged we all are to serve as what could be defined as modern-day disciples. In the 21st Century, to heal through a realization of God’s allness, matter’s unreality, and man’s flawless, spiritual nature is truly to be as radical as Jesus’ disciples were 2000 years ago.
In 2008 I first advertised in The Christian Science Journal as a practitioner, and in 2015 became a teacher of Christian Science.
